Many projects are made up of similar tasks and similar groups of tasks. Setting up a project plan is now faster because you can copy and paste individual tasks and groups of tasks.
When you copy and paste a task, all details about the task are copied. When you copy and paste a group of tasks, all tasks are copied and all links within the group are preserved.
Copy and Paste is found on the right click context menu.
This feature allowed American author S. M. Boyce to efficiently create her book publishing project plan with over 1,200 tasks in 76 groups across 20 Whiteboards.
